An optical communication light source unit internally selects measuring points to determine drive current of a light emitting device and device temperature of a light emitting device. As the measuring points, each two of the drive current and device temperature are selected such that the difference between the actual optical output wavelength characteristics and the optical output wavelength characteristics approximated by a plane is decreased in the operating range on the (drive current-device temperature) coordinate surface. The same holds for the optical output power characteristics of the light emitting device.
Une source lumineuse de communication optique choisit de manière interne les points de mesure pour déterminer le courant directeur d'un dispositif lumineux et la température du dispositif d'un dispositif lumineux. Comme les points de mesure, le courant directeur et la température du dispositif sont tous deux choisis pour que la différence entre les caractéristiques de la longueur d'onde réelle de sortie optique et les caractéristiques de la longueur d'onde de sortie optique approchées par un plan soit réduite dans la plage de fonctionnement sur (le courant directeur-la température du dispositif) la surface des coordonnées.
