Method for cutting preferably metal reinforced hoses, metal pipes or similar, and a device for utilization of the method, the cutting operation being performed in a known way using a cutting tool, such as a motor driven cutting disc or similar. As an initial step, a means (1) is located surrounded by the tubeshaped member (2) to be cut with a central position in relation to the point where cutting is intended to be performed, said means (1) being arranged to take up intimate contact with the internal surface of the tubeshaped member (2) by at least two from each other separated areas (4, 4') at each side of the cutting point. Cutting is thereafter performed through the tubeshaped member (2) as well as the surrounded means (1), and the from each other separated parts of the surrounded means (1) are as a final step pulled out from the tubeshaped member (2) in direction towards the end portions formed by the cutting operation.
Procédé pour couper de préférence des tuyaux à renfort métallique, des conduites métalliques ou similaire, et dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. L'opération de coupe s'effectue selon une méthode connue en soi à l'aide d'un outil de coupe tel qu'un disque coupant motorisé ou similaire. Dans la première étape, on met un moyen (1) entouré par l'élément tubulaire (2) à couper en position centrale par rapport au point où la coupe doit s'effectuer, ledit moyen (1) étant conçu pour entrer en contact étroit avec la surface intérieure de l'élément tubulaire (2) au niveau d'au moins deux zones séparées (4, 4') situées de chaque côté du point de coupe. On procède ensuite à la coupe de l'élément tubulaire (2) ainsi que du moyen (1), qu'il entoure, et on sépare finalement les parties séparées du moyen (1) de l'élément tubulaire (2) en tirant en direction des parties d'extrémité formées par l'opération de coupe.
