A catheter is provided including a tubular body having a proximal end and a distal end. The body includes a first lumen and a second lumen with a septum disposed therebetween. The proximal end includes a valve and a hub are integral with the body. The hub includes a first conduit and a second conduit. The valve includes a first port and a second port that are rotatable, about a longitudinal axis of the body, to establish fluid communication between the lumens and the conduits. The distal end of the tubular body may be configured for insertion with a subject. The conduits may be connectable to a medical apparatus.
L'invention concerne un cathéter comprenant un corps tubulaire doté d'une extrémité proximale et d'une extrémité distale. Ledit corps comprend une première et une seconde lumières entre lesquelles une cloison est disposée. L'extrémité proximale comprend une soupape et une partie centrale formées d'une seule pièce avec le corps. La partie centrale comprend un premier et un second conduit. La soupape comprend un premier et un second orifice qui tournent autour d'un axe longitudinal du corps afin d'établir une communication fluidique entre les lumières et les conduits. L'extrémité distale du corps tubulaire peut être configurée pour être introduite dans le corps d'un sujet. Les conduits peuvent être connectés à un appareil médical.
