Disclosed is a track belt for a snowmobile, which comprises a track belt main body, a core body arranged along a longitudinal direction of the track belt main body, reinforcing woven cloths disposed respectively in the outside and inside of the core body, cover layers for covering these reinforcing woven cloths and a plurality of horizontal rigid members placed at specified intervals in the longitudinal direction of the track belt main body and in the cross direction of the same. Overlapping of the reinforcing woven cloth is disposed respectively in the outside and inside of the horizontal rigid members. Reinforcing woven cloth is made by spirally winding a belt-like woven cloth having a specified width on a circumference of the track belt main body at a specified angle to the longitudinal direction of the track belt main body. Reinforcing woven cloths are made of tire fabric cords. A cord orientation angle of each of the tire fabric cords is set to a specified bias angle to the longitudinal direction of the track belt main body. End of the reinforcing woven cloths are butt-joined at both ends so as to have substantially an endless structure. A horizontal rigid member is disposed between the core body and the inner reinforcing woven cloth. Alternatively, the inner reinforcing woven cloth of the core body is folded on the core body or the outer reinforcing woven cloth in the longitudinal direction of the track belt main body on the circumference of the same. The folded part is disposed in the outside of the horizontal rigid member and in the vicinity of the side end part of the same.
Courroie porteuse, de motoneige, constituée des éléments suivants : un corps principal; le corps d'une partie centrale disposée longitudinalement sur le corps principal; des toiles de renfort placées respectivement à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur de la partie centrale; des couches de recouvrement des toiles de renfort; et un certain nombre d'éléments rigides horizontaux disposés transversalement et à intervalles précis le long du corps principal. Une partie débordante de la toile de renfort recouvre respectivement l'extérieur et l'intérieur des éléments rigides horizontaux. Pour former la toile de renfort, on enroule en spirale une toile formant une courroie de largeur précise sur le pourtour du corps principal de la courroie porteuse, selon un angle précis et dans le sens longitudinal du corps principal de cette courroie. Les toiles de renfort sont constituées de cordes de toile à pneu orientées de biais en formant un angle précis par rapport à l'orientation longitudinale du corps principal. Les extrémités des toiles de renfort, couplées bout à bout, forment une structure sans fin. Un élément rigide horizontal est placé entre la partie centrale et la toile de renfort interne. Autre configuration possible : on plie la toile de renfort interne sur la partie centrale ou la toile de renfort externe, suivant la longueur du corps principal de la courroie porteuse et en recouvrant son pourtour. La partie repliée recouvre ainsi la surface extérieure de l'élément rigide horizontal, près de son extrémité latérale.
