An atomization system for odor control in a livestock storage facility includes a reservoir (10) capable of holding a sufficient quantity of an odor control product; a pump (14) in communication with the reservoir (10); a circulation loop (16) running throughout the livestock storage facility and communicating with the pump (14) and the reservoir (10); and a plurality of atomization nozzles (18) connected with the circulation loop (16) for distribution of the odor control product onto surfaces of the storage facility and the livestock. The odor control product contains a mixture of vegetable oil, a natural acidic compound, alcohol, and water. Advantageously, the acidic compound in the odor control product is vinegar or concentrated citrus juice. A water supply line (32) is also connected to the circulation loop (16) through a water pump (40) to provide a cooling mist throughout the facility.
Système d'atomisation pour désodoriser une installation servant à parquer du bétail, qui comprend : un réservoir (10) permettant de contenir une quantité suffisante d'un produit désodorisant ; une pompe (14) communiquant avec le réservoir (10) ; un circuit (16) en boucle s'étendant d'un bout à l'autre de l'installation et communiquant avec la pompe (14) et le réservoir (10) ; et une pluralité de buses d'atomisation (18) connectées au circuit (16) et servant à distribuer le produit désodorisant sur des surfaces de l'installation et le bétail. Le produit désodorisant contient un mélange d'huile végétale, un composé acide naturel, de l'alcool et de l'eau. Le composé acide du produit désodorisant est avantageusement du vinaigre ou du jus d'agrumes concentré. Une conduite d'alimentation (32) en eau est également connectée au circuit (16) en boucle par une pompe à eau (40) pour produire une buée de refroidissement dans l'installation.
