To detect waste items and to avoid recurrent wastage, the invention relates to a method for quality control in core or shell shooters, moulding material being shot using a shooter into an openable tool and being solidified therein to form a moulding, ie. core, shell or the like, and the moulding being removed when the tool is opened. The method is such that when the tool is opened and/or during removal and/or after removal, the moulding is measured without contact, the measuring values are supplied to a computer, are optionally processed therein and compared with stored control values, and the moulding is identified as waste when a predetermined or definable deviation from the control values is detected.
Pour détecter les rebuts et éviter les rebuts récurrents, l'invention décrit un procédé de contrôle qualité dans des machines à tirer les noyaux ou les carapaces (1), du sable étuvé étant tiré à l'aide d'un système de tirage dans un outil ouvert (2) et y étant solidifié pour former une pièce moulée (3), à savoir un noyau, une carapace ou analogue, ce moulage (3) étant extrait lors de l'ouverture de l'outil (2). Ce procédé est conçu de telle manière que lorsque l'outil (2) est ouvert, et/ou lors de l'extraction et/ou après l'extraction, le moulage (3) est mesuré sans contact, les valeurs de mesure sont transmises à un ordinateur (6), y sont éventuellement traitées et comparées avec des valeurs théoriques mémorisées, et le moulage (3) est identifié comme rebut lors de la détection d'un écart prédéterminé ou définissable par rapport à ces valeurs théoriques.
