It is intended to provide a method for selectively enhancing an immunosuppressive function among various functions of NKT cell, a method for efficiently inducing antigen-specific immunosuppression in vivo and a pharmaceutical utilizing the methods. More particularly, it is intended to provide the pharmaceutical (for example, a preventive or therapeutic agent for an immune disease such as an allergic disease or an autoimmune disease) containing a CD1d ligand and a target antigen (for example, an allergen or an autoantigen). Preferably, the pharmaceutical comprises a drug delivery medium having an inner cavity containing the CD1d ligand and the target antigen.
La présente invention concerne un procédé visant à augmenter de manière sélective une fonction immunosuppressive parmi diverses fonctions d~une cellule NKT, un procédé visant à induire efficacement in vivo une immunosuppression spécifique de l~antigène, ainsi qu~un produit pharmaceutique utilisant ces procédés. L~invention a plus particulièrement trait au produit pharmaceutique (par exemple, un agent préventif ou thérapeutique pour une maladie immunitaire telle qu~une maladie allergique ou une maladie auto-immune) contenant un ligand CD1d et un antigène cible (par exemple, un allergène ou un auto-antigène). Le produit pharmaceutique selon l~invention comprend de préférence un milieu d~administration médicamenteuse dont la cavité interne contient le ligand CD1d et l~antigène cible.
