An article having an adhesive surface for adhering to human skin, said article comprising a first component constituting a continuos layer and at least a second component which is located in indentations in the adhesive surface of the first component without being in direct contact with the first component, said second component being separated from the first component by a cup shaped barrier layer, characterised in that the barrier layer is provided with a rim which extends into a flange.

L'invention concerne un article doté d'une surface adhésive afin d'adhérer à la peau. Ledit article comprend un premier composant formant une couche continue, et au moins un second composant qui se trouve en retrait dans la surface adhésive du premier composant sans être en contact direct avec le premier composant, ce second composant étant séparé du premier composant par une couche imperméable en forme de coupelle qui se caractérise par le fait qu'elle est dotée d'un rebord qui se prolonge de manière à former une collerette.
