The invention relates to a method for producing a multipart construction from sintered oxide ceramic material, comprising a first part, which surrounds a second part at least in certain regions. The method is to be developed in such a way that it is not necessary for the individual parts to be of a multipart form to allow them to be joined together. For this purpose, it is proposed to form a first shaped part and a second shaped part from an oxide ceramic blank, the first shaped part and the second shaped part being of an increased size in comparison with the first part and the second part by an enlarging factor that compensates for the sintering shrinkage, to sinter the shaped part that is at least partially surrounded by the other shaped part, to assemble the sintered shaped part together with the other shaped part and subsequently sinter the assembled shaped parts.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une structure en plusieurs pièces en matériau fritté de céramique d'oxyde, qui comprend une première pièce dont au moins certaines parties entourent une deuxième pièce. Le procédé est perfectionné de telle sorte qu'il ne soit pas nécessaire de former les pièces individuelles en plusieurs parties pour permettre leur assemblage. Dans ce but, l'invention propose les étapes qui consistent à fabriquer une première pièce moulée et une deuxième pièce moulée à partir d'une ébauche de céramique d'oxyde, la première pièce moulée et la deuxième pièce moulée étant agrandies par rapport à la première pièce et à la deuxième pièce d'un facteur d'agrandissement qui compense le retrait au frittage, à fritter la pièce moulée entourée par au moins certaines parties de l'autre pièce moulée, à assembler la pièce moulée frittée à l'autre pièce moulée et enfin à fritter les pièces moulées assemblées.
