These are obviated by the invention through the use of cytokin-containing aerosols for inhalative application and immunoactivation or continuous immuno regulation in tumour diseases. The invention further proposes the use of cytokin-containing substances for producing an aerosol medicinal preparation for inhalative application and immunoactivation or continuous immuno regulation in tumour diseases.
