In order to promote solubilization or suspension of 4-oxo-8-[4-(4- phenylbutoxy)benzoylamino]-2-(tetrazol-5-yl)-4H-1-benzopyran or its hydrate (pranlukast) in water, at least one component selected from surfactants, water- soluble cellulose derivatives and water-soluble vinyl polymers is formulated together with pranlukast. Thus, it is possible to provide an aqueous liquid pharmaceutical composition containing higher concentration of pranlukast and having good properties.
Pour favoriser la solubilisation ou la suspension de 4-oxo-8-[4-(4-phénylbutoxy)benzoylamino]-2-(tétrazol-5-yl)-4H-1-benzopyranne ou de son hydrate (pranlukast) dans l'eau, au moins un constituant choisi parmi des tensioactifs, des dérivés de cellulose hydrosolubles et des polymères de vinyle hydrosolubles est formulé avec du pranlukast. Il est ainsi possible d'obtenir une composition pharmaceutique liquide aqueuse contenant une teneur plus élevée en pranlukast et ayant d'excellentes propriétés.
