The invention relates to the application of the method of initiating and/or accelerating and/or directing the crystallization or separation of solid substances in supercooled melts of supersaturated solutions of solid substances. It is a problem frequently encountered in this connection that the solidification or crystallization cannot be controlled exactly in terms of time, or does not progress sufficiently in terms of quantity. According to the present invention, the supercooled melt or supersaturated solution is exposed to the effect of ultrasound prior to being dispensed onto a conveyor belt of a conveyor system, or while being received on a conveyor belt of a conveyor system, or prior to being dispensed onto a take-up drum, or while being received on a take-up drum.
L'invention concerne l'application du procédé destiné à amorcer et/ou à accélérer et/ou à contrôler la cristallisation ou la précipitation de matières solides dans des masses en fusion sur-refroidies ou dans des solutions sursaturées de matières solides. Le problème qui se pose alors fréquemment réside dans le fait que la solidification ou la cristallisation ne peut être exactement contrôlée dans le temps ou ne progresse pas suffisamment au point de vue quantitatif. Conformément à l'invention, le mélange en fusion sur-refroidi ou la solution sursaturée est soumis aux ultrasons avant d'être déchargé sur la bande transporteuse d'un système convoyeur, ou lors du chargement sur une bande transporteuse d'un système convoyeur, ou avant d'être déchargé dans un tambour récepteur, ou lors du chargement dans un tambour récepteur.
