The invention refers to an apparatus for packaging and application of a liquid or paste for the treatment of hair, including a receptacle to contain the product and an applicator in the shape of a hollow-toothed comb to distribute the product. The applicator (3) is attached to the receptacle (2) from the start, and one of the teeth (10) of the applicator is plugged prior to use with an individual separable section (14) and the others with a common separable section (13).
