A washing ball comprising two symmetrical semi-spherical halves, a pair of annular plates and an inner porous shell for containing a plurality of solid washing particulate therein is provided. The porous shell may readily disposed within those two halves when assembled and are attached together by those annular rings to construct a washing ball by supersonic welding. The free end of the halves is provided with connecting flange which has a plurality of positioning holes spaced apart. One of the a nnular ring is provided with a plurality of dowel pins corresponding to the positioning holes of the connecting flanges. Each of the dowel pins can be received and retained within the positioning hole and being welded to another annular ring by supersonic welding.
Cette invention concerne une boule de lavage formée de deux moitiés hémisphériques symétriques, d'une paire de plaques annulaires et d'une coquille intérieure perforée renfermant des particules détergentes. La coquille perforée se place aisément entre lesdites moitiés hémisphériques que l'on assemble au moyen desdites plaques annulaires soudées par ultrasons. Les deux moitiés ont à leur plan de jonction une bride d'assemblage comportant une série de trous de positionnement espacés. Une des plaques annulaires présente une série de goupilles ayant le même espacement que les trous susmentionnés. Chacune des goupille se loge dans un trou correspondant pour soudage par ultrasons à une plaque annulaire complémentaire.
