The present invention is a device mounted onto a seat car, allowing to carry the groceries bags or different articles, which comprises many sides formed therein, elastic bands and openings, wherein the elastic bands are mounted parallel and connected in a conventional fashion to the sides provided of aligned spaced holes formed therein. The device is maintained firmly in place by a conventional seat belt formed therein, which passing horizontally through an opening formed of each side from device. The bottom of device is formed with a flexible part, which is engaged between the seat and backrest.
