A liquid personal cleansing composition comprising: a) from about 5 % to about 60 % by weight of surfactant selected from anionic, nonionic, zwitterionic and amphoteric surfactants and mixtures thereof; b) from about 0.1 % to about 5 % by weight of a water-insoluble salt of a C14-C22 fatty acid; c) optionally from about 0.01 % to about 5 % by weight of a cationic or nonionic polymeric skin conditioning agent; and d) water. The products demonstrate excellent in- use efficacy benefits including mildness, a soap-like skin feel and good product stability.

Composition liquide pour l'hygiène personnelle qui comprend (a) d'environ 5 % à environ 60 % en poids de tensioactif choisi parmi des tensioactifs anioniques, non ioniques, zwitterioniques et amphotères et mélanges desdits tensioactifs, (b) d'environ 0,1 % à environ 5 % en poids d'un sel non hydrosoluble d'un acide gras C¿14?-C¿22?, (c) éventuellement d'environ 0,01 à environ 5 % en poids d'un agent de conditionnement de la peau polymère cationique ou non ionique et (d) de l'eau.
