The invention relates to the use of an expression vector construction coding for the functional HLA-DPal03ß401 complex specifically identified by anti-HLA-DP antibodies, in order to create transgenic mice. The invention also relates to the use of the transgenic mice obtained, such as for the comparative preclinical study of the efficacy of vaccine candidates in order to asses the risks associated with the unwanted induction of an autoimmune disease and in order to determine a therapeutic strategy.
