In a plant container (1) with a stem securing device (2), said plant container (1) having at least two connecting components (12') in its edge region (10) rigidly connected to its side wall (14), the stem securing device (2) has a mating connecting component (13') at at least one end and at least one securing component (5') spaced apart from the mating connecting component (13') which acts as a holder for a plant stem (3). The plant stem securing device (2) has two mating connecting components (13') arranged at a predetermined distance (11) apart and in the edge region (10) of the plant container (1) there are at least two connecting components (12') spaced apart at a distance (11) and corresponding to the mating connecting components (13').
