The invention relates to a method for producing solid dosing forms by forming a plastic mixture comprised of at least one polymeric bonding agent, at least one active substance, and of optional common additives, and by shaping the plastic mixture into the solid dosing forms using a form tool. During shaping, an agent with modified surface properties is deposited on the surface of the plastic mixture in a finely dispersed manner. Said agent with modified surface properties is preferably a surfactant, a lipophilic compound, an antioxidant, a colorant or an agent with an antistatic action and/or lubricating action.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de formes posologiques solides par formation d'un mélange plastique composé d'au moins un liant polymère, d'au moins un principe actif, et le cas échéant d'additifs usuels, et par la formage du mélange plastique pour obtenir des formes posologiques solides au moyen d'un outil de formage. Pendant le formage, un agent dont les propriétés de surface ont été modifiées, est déposé sur la surface du mélange plastique d'une manière finement répartie. Cet agent avec des propriétés de surface modifiées est de préférence un surfactant, un composé lipophile, un antioxydant, un colorant ou un agent ayant un effet antistatique et/ou un effet lubrifiant.
