Abstract of the Disclosure A synchronous control apparatus in multi-circuit system is provided with a first circuit which operates receiving a constant power supply and a second circuit which operates receiving a power supply at need, with a plurality of operation modes. The operation mode of the first or second circuit is selected by a mode selection circuit. When the mode selection circuit selects another operation mode, a synchronous control circuit provided in the first circuit transfers an initializing signal in synchronism with the first circuit to the second circuit. The second circuit is initialized in synchronism with the first circuit.
