The invention relates to a novel vaccine, to the use thereof in immunoprophylaxis and/or treatment of candidal mycoses in human and veterinary medicine and to a method for the production thereof, wherein the vaccine consists of a combination of candida strains a1) candida albicans CCM 8355, a2) candida glabrata CCM 8356, a3) candida krusei CCm 8357, and a4) an immuno- modulating propionibacterium acnes strain and optionally pharmaceutically compatible adjuvants, such as carriers,wherein the ratio of innoculating agent strains a1-a4 corresponds to the following in the final product: a1:a2:a3:a4 = 10-20: 10-20: 10-20:40-70 .
L'invention concerne un nouveau vaccin, son utilisation à des fins d'immunoprophylaxie et/ou pour traiter des mycoses à Candida en médecine humaine et vétérinaire, ainsi qu'un procédé de production de ce vaccin. Selon l'invention, ledit vaccin est composé d'une association des souches de Candida a1) Candida albicans CCM 8355, a2) Candida glabrata CCM 8356, a3) Candida krusei CCM 8357, et a4) d'une souche immunomodulante de Propionibacterium acnes, et éventuellement d'adjuvants pharmaceutiquement acceptables, tels que des excipients. Selon l'invention, le rapport entre les souches vaccinales a1-a4 dans le produit final, à savoir a1:a2:a3:a4, est égal à 10-20 : 10-20 : 10-20 : 40-70.
