The invention relates to a rocker arm for valve actuation in internal combustion engines. Said rocker arm comprises at least two rotational axes (10, 11) which can be selected as required in order to modify the relation between the force arm and the load arm. The control times and the valve lift can thus be influenced in a targeted manner.
