The invention relates to a fruit containing chocolate or the like, containing at least one sweetening agent, less than 3 wt % and advantageously less than 1 wt % of dried non fatty cocoa, between 24 and 50 wt % of fatty material, and between 1 and 20 wt % of fruit powder, the fruit powder having a D90 lower than 500 µm and a water content lower than 5 wt %. The invention further relates to a method for producing said chocolate and to the use thereof in food products.

La présente invention concerne un chocolat aux fruits ou analogue comprenant au moins un agent sucrant, moins de 3 % en poids de cacao sec non gras, avantageusement moins de 1 % en poids, entre 24 et 50 % en poids de matière grasse et entre 1 et 20 % en poids d'une poudre de fruits, la poudre de fruits ayant un D90 inférieur à 500 µm et une teneur en eau inférieure à 5 % en poids. Elle concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication de ce chocolat et son utilisation dans les produits alimentaires.
