The invention relates to a method and to a device for the diagnosis and state monitoring of a wear and func-tional state of a junction and/or a crossing and/or a crossroads and/or rail joints and/or track inhomogenei-ties of a rail traffic path which is made of several tracks. According to the invention, swing acceleration in at least one direction is measured and stored when overtaking a rail vehicle on a junction, crossings or crossroads, in addition to rail joints or track inho-mogeneities on at least one component of the rail vehi-cle, the swing acceleration being produced on the com-ponent of the rail vehicle when overtaking the rail ve-hicle at the junction, crossing or crossroads, rail joints, track inhomogeneities. The inventive method also measures and stores the speed of the rail vehicles and determines and stores the direction of travel, de-termines and stores the place of the junction, crossing or crossroads, rail joints, track inhomogeneities, car-ries out a control as to whether characteristic, prede-termined threshold values of the measured swing accel-erations have been exceed. If the predetermined thresh-old value of the swing accelerations are exceeded, a subsequent, further measurement of the state of the components of the junction, crossing or crossroads, rail joints and track inhomogeneities takes place.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour effectuer le diagnostic et surveiller l'état d'usure et de fonctionnement d'un aiguillage et/ou d'un croisement et/ou d'une traversée-jonction et/ou de joints de rail et/ou d'inhomogénéités d'une voie de chemin de fer constituée de plusieurs rails de roulement. Selon l'invention, lorsqu'un véhicule ferroviaire passe sur l'aiguillage, le croisement ou la traversée-jonction, un joint de rail ou une inhomogénéité de voie, des accélérations de vibrations sur au moins un composant du véhicule ferroviaire sont mesurées dans au moins une orientation dans l'espace et mémorisées, lesdites accélérations de vibrations étant produites par le passage du véhicule ferroviaire sur l'aiguillage, le croisement ou la traversée-jonction, le joint de rail ou l'inhomogénéité de voie. Selon l'invention, la vitesse du véhicule ferroviaire ainsi que le sens de circulation sont mesurés et mémorisés; l'emplacement de l'aiguillage, du croisement ou de la traversée-jonction, du joint de rail ou de l'inhomogénéité de voie est déterminé et mémorisé; un contrôle est réalisé pour déterminer si des valeurs limites caractéristiques sont dépassées et, dans l'affirmative, une mesure approfondie ultérieure d'un état de composants de l'aiguillage, du croisement ou de la traversée-jonction, du joint de rail, des inhomogénéités de voie est effectuée.
