A double locking snap hook with a webbing stitched through the looped end of the hook. The webbing forms a looped end opposite the hook where a double locking snap hook or carabiner can be attached. When the rear side of the safety gate is depressed the gate can be opened to allow it to be placed in the keeper. The keeper is a metal bracket that will keep the hook opened until it is snapped into a full body harness "D" ring (Dorsal or Sternal). After snapping into the "D" ring the keeper is pulled back to release itself from the double locking snap hook. The keeper is fixed to an extension pole of fiberglass or aluminum and can also be attached to an adapter (Depicted) to be put on an extension pole.
