The invention relates to a structured mixed phase that results from the incorporation of a biological macromolecule into a liquid-crystal, preferably lamellar, amphiphile phase, characterised in that the proportion of said biological macromolecule in said structured mixed phase is at least 5 wt. % in relation to the amphiphile compounds making up the liquid-crystal amphiphile phase and in that at least one of the two entities constituted by the biological macromolecule and the group of amphiphile compounds has no charge. The biological macromolecules incorporated in the inventive structured mixed phases are preferably chosen from the polynucleotides, particularly DNA or RNA, proteins and polysaccharides. The invention also relates to vesicles obtained by dispersing the structured mixed phases above.

L'invention concerne une phase mixte structurée formée par l'incorporation d'une macromolécule biologique dans une phase d'amphiphiles cristal-liquide, de préférence lamellaire, caractérisée en ce que ladite macromolécule biologique est présente dans ladite phase mixte structurée à raison d'au moins 5 % en poids par rapport aux composés amphiphiles constituant ladite phase cristal-liquide d'amphiphiles et en ce que l'une au moins des deux entités constituées par la macromolécule biologique d'une part, et l'ensemble des composés amphiphiles d'autre part, présente un caractère non chargé. Les macromolécules biologiques incorporées dans les phases mixtes structurées de l'invention sont, de préférence, choisies parmi les polynucléotides, en particulier l'ADN ou l'ARN, les protéines et les polysaccharides. L'invention concerne également des vésicules obtenues par dispersion des phases mixtes structurées ci-dessus.
