A method of laundering soiled textile articles comprising an initial step of adding a granular detergent composition consisting essentially of an effervescence granule and a detergent matrix to water to form an aqueous wash liquor comprising from about 400 ppm to about 600000 ppm of the granular detergent composition. The effervescence granule comprises and alkali-source and an acid-source and upon contact of the granular detergent composition with water a reaction occurs between the alkali-source and the acid-source occurs to produce an effervescent gas. In a second step a cleaning-effective amount of the wash liquor is distributed substantially evenly and completely onto the textile articles in their substantially dry state.

Le procédé de blanchiment d'articles textiles salis comprend une première étape d'ajout d'une composition détergente granuleuse se composant d'un granule effervescent et d'une matrice détergente vis-à-vis de l'eau de manière à former une liqueur de lavage aqueuse renfermant entre environ 400 ppm et environ 600000 ppm de ladite composition détergente granuleuse. Le granule à effervescence contient une source d'alcali et une source d'acides, et suite à la mise en contact de la composition détergente granuleuse avec de l'eau, une réaction se produit entre la source d'alcali et la source d'acides pour produire un gaz effervescent. Lors de la seconde étape, la liqueur de lavage en une quantité efficace de nettoyage est distribuée homogènement et complètement sur les articles textiles à l'état pratiquement sec.
