A group of connecting homes (20), commercial and/or not-for-profit buildings that serve to enclose a self-sustaining wildlife habitat sanctuary (23), specifically targeting the natural environment of endangered species, where appropriate. The homes (20) serve as an impenetrable cage wall (8), much like the walls of a mountain valley, preventing animals from entering or exiting the habitat, with the possible exception of migrating birds and fish. On one side of the homes there is a self-sustaining habitat (23) and on the other side of the homes there is modern civilization. The walls of the homes facing the habitat may have shatterproof glass windows (5) or a caged terrace (6), allowing inhabitants of the building to safely observe the enclosed habitat, and human access to the habitat may be restricted to observation through windows, observation from the caged terrace, or hikes through caged walking paths (14, 15, 16, 17).
L'invention concerne un groupe d'habitations (20) reliées entre elles, d'immeubles commerciaux et/ou non commerciaux, qui servent à enclore une réserve naturelle (23) autonome d'habitat de la faune, ce qui a en particulier pour but de protéger l'environnement naturel des espèces en danger, lorsque cela est nécessaire. Les habitations servent de paroi de cage (18) impénétrables, comme les parois d'une vallée montagneuse, ce qui empêche que les animaux entrent ou sortent de l'habitat, avec une exception éventuelle pour les oiseaux migrateurs et les poissons. Sur un côté des habitations, on trouve un habitat autonome et sur l'autre côté, la civilisation moderne. Les parois des habitations donnant sur l'habitat peuvent être pourvues de fenêtres (5) en verre incassable, ou de terrasses grillagées, ce qui permet aux habitants des immeubles d'observer en toute sécurité l'habitat enclos. L'accès humain à cet habitat peut être limité à l'observation par les fenêtres, à l'observation depuis une terrasse grillagée ou à des promenades à travers des chemins de marche grillagés (14, 15, 16, 17).
