The subject of the invention is a group of new derivatives of aminoalka.pi.ols, more specifically [(phenoxy)alkyl]aminoalkanols and [(phenoxy)acyl)aminoalkanols, their method of obtaining and their use for production of a medicine which is used in the prophylaxis, prevention and/or treatment of diseases or symptoms having neurological background and for production of a medicine with anticonvulsant activity, which is used in seizures of various origin, also in the limbic system, in myoclonic or sound-induced seizures, in psychomotor epilepsy, as well as in relieving neuropathic or inflammatory pain.

La présente invention concerne un groupe de nouveaux dérivés d'aminoalcanols, plus spécifiquement des [(phénoxy)alkyl]aminoalcanols et [(phénoxy)acyl] aminoalcanols, leur procédé d'obtention et leur utilisation pour la production d'un médicament utilisé dans la prophylaxie, la prévention et/ou le traitement de maladies ou symptômes de nature neurologique et pour la production de médicament avec une activité anticonvulsive utilisé dans des crises épileptiques d'origines diverses, également dans le système limbique, dans des crises épileptiques myocloniques ou d'origine acoustique, dans l'épilepsie psychomotrice, ainsi que pour soulager la douleur neuropathique ou inflammatoire.
