The invention relates to a protective means to prevent goods from being misappropriated, suitable to accommodate storage units especially of prismatic shape e.g. cases of sound-, picture- and data carriers, the said means having an internal space adapted to the shape of the storage unit and a casing that includes covering plates surrounding the internal space at least partly, being the casing provided with a free opening to introduce the storage unit into the internal space; furthermore, the casing is provided with a protective hollow surrounded by a box located in the vicinity of the free opening; the said protective hollow is provided with a locking mechanism, being the said locking mechanism provided with a carrier element movable within the protective hollow as well as a clamping device associated with the carrier element covering the free opening of the casing at least partly and being able to be fixed in this position; the carrier element is provided with one or more grasping profiles located within the protective hollow; the grasping profiles are in connection to the linking elements each located within the box, while the casing and/or the box is/are provided with release openings enabling the locking mechanism to be released. The characteristic feature of the solution is that a primary guide device (31d) with its axis (31e) forming an angle of 60° to 120°, preferably 90° with the axis (31c) of displacement of the carrier element (31) is arranged on the carrier element (31) at its outer end (31b) opposite to the grasping profiles (31a); the clamping device (31) is provided with a nose-piece (32a) protruding towards the free opening (23) of the casing (20) as well as a secondary guide device (32b) of shape and size adapted to the primary guide device (31d) of the carrier element (31) and cooperating therewith, that allows the clamping device (32) to slide along the primary guide device (31d) of the carrier element (31); in the closed state of the locking device (30), the clamping device (32) is inserted into the protective hollow (25) of the box (24) and at least part of the rear wall (32c) and/or side wall (32d) of the clamping device (32) is in fixed connection with the box (24) to prevent any displacement; while in the open position of the locking device (30), the clamping device (32) is pulled out of the protective hollow (25) of the box (24) to allow any displacement.
Moyens de protection aptes à empêcher le détournement de biens et adaptés pour accueillir des unités de stockage notamment de forme prismatique, par exemple des boîtiers pour supports d'enregistrement de sons, d'images ou de données. Lesdits moyens comportent un volume interne dont la forme est adaptée à celle de l'unité de stockage, et une enveloppe comprenant des plaques de couverture entourant au moins en partie le volume interne, et une ouverture permettant l'introduction de l'unité de stockage dans le volume interne. En outre, l'enveloppe est pourvue d'une cavité de protection entourée d'une boîte située au voisinage de l'ouverture, ladite cavité de protection étant pourvue d'un mécanisme de verrouillage lui-même pourvu d'un élément support monté mobile dans la cavité de protection, et d'un dispositif de serrage associé à l'élément support recouvrant au moins en partie l'ouverture de l'enveloppe, et pouvant être bloqué dans cette position. L'élément support est muni d'un ou plusieurs profilés de préhension disposés dans la cavité de protection et reliés à des éléments de liaison dont chacun se situe à l'intérieur de la boîte, tandis que l'enveloppe et/ou la boîte est (sont) pourvue(s) d'ouvertures de déblocage permettant le déblocage du mécanisme de verrouillage. Cette solution est caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de guidage primaire (31d), dont l'axe (31e) forme un angle de 60 DEG à 120 DEG , de préférence de 90 DEG , avec l'axe de déplacement (31c) de l'élément support (31), est monté sur l'extrémité extérieure (31b) de l'élément support (31), en regard des profilés de préhension (31a). Le dispositif de serrage (32) est pourvu d'un embout (32a) faisant saillie en direction de l'ouverture (23) de l'enveloppe (20). Un dispositif de guidage secondaire (32b), dont la forme et les dimensions sont adaptées à celles du dispositif de guidage primaire (31d), et qui coopère avec celui-ci, permet au dispositif de serrage (32) de glisser le long du dispositif de guidage primaire (31d) de l'élément support (31). Lorsque le dispositif de verrouillage (30) est à l'état fermé, le dispositif de serrage (32) s'engage dans la cavité de protection (25) de la boîte (24), et au moins une partie de la paroi postérieure (32c) et/ou de la paroi latérale (32d) du dispositif de serrage (32) est solidaire de la boîte (24), de manière à empêcher tout déplacement. Par contre, lorsque le dispositif de verrouillage (30) est en position ouverte, le dispositif de serrage (32) se retire de la cavité de protection (25) de la boîte (24) afin de permettre un déplacement.
