The present invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical industry and relates to dosage forms comprising active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) such as tadalafil, simvastatin, fenofibrate and lovastatin that are practically insoluble in water, adsorbed on a carrier. Furthermore it relates to an adsorbate comprising API being practically insoluble in water and to a process for the preparation of said adsorbate with non-polar solvent (s) such as chlorinated hydrocarbon, diisopropylethes and hexane. Furthermore the invention relates to a process for the preparation of the dosage form, as well as to the use of the adsorbate for the preparation of the dosage form. Moreover it relates to the dosage form for use in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infections and/or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).
La présente invention fait partie du domaine de l'industrie pharmaceutique et porte sur des formes posologiques comprenant des ingrédients pharmaceutiques actifs (API) tels que le tadalafil, la simvastatine, le fénofibrate et la lovastatine qui sont pratiquement insolubles dans l'eau, adsorbés sur un support. L'invention porte de plus sur un produit d'adsorption comprenant des API, qui est pratiquement insoluble dans l'eau, et sur un procédé pour la préparation dudit produit d'adsorption avec un ou des solvant(s) non polaire(s), tel(s) qu'un hydrocarbure chloré, les diisopropylèthes et de l'hexane. L'invention porte de plus sur un procédé de préparation de la forme posologique, ainsi que sur l'utilisation du produit d'adsorption pour la préparation de la forme posologique. L'invention porte de plus sur la forme posologique pour une utilisation dans le traitement d'un dysfonctionnement de l'érection, d'infections par le virus de l'immunodéficience humaine (VIH) et/ou du syndrome d'immunodéficience acquise (SIDA).
