Two supply streams (1.1 and 1.2) of printed products are combined to form a combined printed- product stream. For this purpose, the supply streams are conveyed into a combining region (V) in a main conveying direction (F) in a state in which they, for example, rest loosely on conveying surfaces (3.1 and 3.2), are parallel to one another, adjacent to one another and on the same level, inner and outer edges of the printed products (P) of the two supply streams (1.1 and 1.2) being oriented parallel to the main conveying direction (F). At the entrance to the combining region (V), the inner edge region of each printed product of the first supply stream (1.1) is raised and, as they are conveyed through the combining region (V), the printed products of the two supply streams (1.1 and 1.2) are pushed transversely to the main conveying direction (F) and towards one another. An inner edge region of a printed product of the second supply stream (1.2) is thus respectively pushed beneath the raised inner edge region of the printed product of the first supply stream (1.1), in which case these supply streams end up located one upon the other and are conveyed away in this state.
L'invention concerne le rassemblement de deux écoulements (1.1 et 1.2) de produits d'impression en un écoulement réuni de produits d'impression. Dans ce but, les écoulements, étant déposés lâchement par exemple sur des surfaces de transport (3.1 et 3.2), sont transportés parallèlement l'un à l'autre, l'un à côté de l'autre et au même niveau dans une direction principale de transport (F) jusque dans une zone de rassemblement (V). Les bords intérieurs et les bords extérieurs des produits d'impression (P) des deux écoulements (1.1 et 1.2) sont orientés parallèlement à la direction principale de transport (F). A l'entrée de la zone de rassemblement (V), la zone du bord intérieur de chaque produit d'impression du premier écoulement (1.1) est relevée et pendant le transport dans la zone de rassemblement (V), les produits d'impression des deux écoulements (1.1 et 1.2) sont déplacés transversalement par rapport à la direction principale de transport (F) et l'un contre l'autre. Ainsi, la zone d'un bord intérieur d'un produit d'impression du deuxième écoulement (1.2) est déplacée en dessous de la zone du bord intérieur relevée du produit d'impression du premier écoulement (1.1), de sorte que ces produits d'impression viennent se placer l'un contre l'autre et soient transportés plus loin l'un au-dessus de l'autre.
