The present invention provides a strap tab cap (40) for connecting a strap tab (64) to a knee brace frame (53) wherein the strap tab cap has a very low profile and can rotate relative to the knee brace frame within a limited range. The low profile of the strap tab cap (40) reduces the possibility that the strap tab cap will catch on a foreign object during physical activity. The limited rotation of the strap tab cap (40) allows a strap (66) to be adjusted for improved fitting on a user's leg. The strap tab cap (40) is attached to the knee brace frame (53) with a rivet (54) that extends through a central hole (44) in the strap tab cap. Two posts (50, 52) extend downward from the strap tab cap into slots (58, 60) in the knee brace frame for limiting the rotation of the strap tab cap. One or more strap tabs (64) are maintained within channels (46, 48) formed on the bottom side of the strap tab cap.
Cette invention concerne une coiffe (40) de boucle de sangle servant à fixer une boucle (64) de sangle sur une structure (53) d'attelle de genou, laquelle coiffe de boucle de sangle présente un profil très mince et peut pivoter par rapport à la structure d'attelle de genou dans une portée limitée. Le profil mince de cette coiffe (40) de boucle de sangle permet de réduire le risque de voir cette coiffe accrocher un objet étranger lors d'une activité physique.
