In wrist supports for the operator at a computer keyboard, the principle construction materials are foam rubber and stretched nylon. In this invention, the wrist support is provided by a fabric pad filled loosely with a small aggregate material. The contents of this pad pack into the shape of the operator's palms providing greater support to the arms, wrists and hands. This invention is placed at the base of the keyboard, mouse or other tracking device and passively arranges itself in accordance with an operator's hand position.
