A method of securitizing a pool of asset units having receivable revenue associated therewith includes the steps of grouping the receivables into monthly age buckets; according to the age in months of said asset units, determining the total receivable revenue for the first month for each age bucket by computer means, amortizing the number of units outstanding for each age bucket by applying a deprivation rate to said units to yield amortized number of units for each age bucket, determining the monthly NBV of principal for each age bucket by computer means; and determining the monthly interest for each age bucket by computer means.
