The invention concerns a method for making personalized and unique mailing covers, providing a complete solution, integrating the manufacture of envelopes with that of documents to be enclosed, allowing work at high production rates, and ensuring integrity and confidentiality of the enclosures and reducing overall unit cost. The machine for manufacturing (1) mailing covers (100) comprises in particular a printing device (2) designed to print on a common paper web (10) the documents (13) to be enclosed and the envelopes (14) designed to contain the documents (13), in succession in the order of enclosing, each envelope being preceded or followed by the documents which it is meant to contain, a longitudinally cutting device (3) designed to place said documents (13) at the right width and to form the flaps (16) of the envelopes (14), a transversely cutting device (4) designed to separate the documents (13) and the envelopes (14) by placing them at the right length, a device for assembling (7, 8) the documents (13) with the envelope (14) corresponding thereto, a glueing and folding device (9) for closing the resulting mailing cover (100) and a central control unit which monitors the cutting devices based on the number and the format of the documents and the envelope of the mailing covers to be manufactured. The invention is applicable to batch mailing such as routing, transactional, hybrid mailing.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de plis courriers personnalises et uniques, offrant une solution complète, intégrant la fabrication des enveloppes à celle des documents à mettre sous pli, permettant de travailler à des vitesses élevées, de garantir l'intégrité et la confidentialité des plis et de réduire leur coût global unitaire. La machine de fabrication (1) de plis courriers (100) comporte notamment un dispositif d'impression (2) agencé pour imprimer sur une même laize de papier (10) les documents (13) à mettre sous pli et les enveloppes (14) destinées à contenir les documents (13), l'un à la suite de l'autre dans l'ordre de la mise sous pli, chaque enveloppe étant précédée ou suivie du ou des documents qu'elle doit contenir, un dispositif de coupe longitudinale (3) agencé pour mettre lesdits documents (13) à la bonne largeur et pour former les rabats (16) des enveloppes (14), un dispositif de coupe transversale (4) agencé pour séparer les documents (13) et les enveloppes (14) en les mettant à la bonne longueur, un dispositif d'assemblage (7, 8) des documents (13) avec l'enveloppe (14) qui leur correspond, un dispositif de collage et de pliage (9) pour fermer le pli courrier (100) obtenu et une unité centrale de commande qui pilote au moins les dispositifs de coupe en fonction du nombre et du format des documents et de l'enveloppe des plis courriers à fabriquer. Application : Courriers en nombre tels que routage, transactionnel, hybride, etc.
