N-acyl-N-alkylamino phenyl sulphonyl ureas with sulphur substituents, process for their production and use as herbicides and plant growth regulators. Compounds of formula (I) and thier salts, in which R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, X, Y, Z, W, n and m as defined in claim 1 are suitable as herbicides and plant growth regulators. They are produced by prior-art-like methods, partially with the use of novel intermediate products of the formula (XIX) in which U*=NH2, Cl, (substituted) amino and R1 to R4, n and m are defined as in formula (I).
