An apparatus (10) combines two constituent loose materials to form a composite loose material and immediately deposits the composite loose material in a worksite area. The apparatus includes a single combining channel (34) for forming the composite loose material, and a separate hopper (12, 74) for each of the constituent loose materials which supply the constituent loose materials to the single combining channel (34). A single motor (16) is used for supplying both constituent loose materials to the combining channel (34). One hopper (74) includes an auger (86) driven by the motor (16) through a drive train (24) and an easily accessible gear (102) for extracting the constituent loose material therefrom. The ratio of the constituent loose materials in the composite loose material is changed by replacing the gear (102) by rotating the one hopper (74) to disengage the gear (102) from the drive train (24), replacing the gear (102), and then rotating the one hopper (74) back until the replacement gear engages the drive train (24).
La présente invention concerne un appareil (10) qui permet de mélanger deux matières constituantes en vrac pour former une matière en vrac composite et qui dépose immédiatement la matière composite en vrac sur un chantier. L'appareil comprend un seul canal de mélange (34) servant à former la matière composite en vrac et une trémie distincte (12, 74) pour chacune des deux matières constituantes en vrac, qui alimentent l'unique canal de mélange (34) en matières constituantes en vrac. Un seul moteur (16) est utilisé pour transporter les deux matières constituantes en vrac dans le canal de mélange (34). Une des deux trémies (74) est équipée d'une vis sans fin (86) commandée par le moteur (16) par l'intermédiaire d'une chaîne d'entraînement (24), ainsi qu'une roue (102) facilement accessible servant à extraire la matière constituante en vrac de ladite trémie. On modifie la proportion de matières constituantes en vrac contenues dans les matières en vrac composites en changeant la roue (102). Pour ce faire, on fait tourner la trémie (74) pour libérer la roue (102) de la chaîne d'entraînement (24), on remplace la roue (102), puis on fait tourner à nouveau la trémie concernée (74) jusqu'à ce que la roue soit à nouveau enclenchée dans la chaîne d'entraînement (24).
