A dispensing device for paper towels cut from a continuous band includes a manually-operated feeding and cutting mechanism (M) provided with at least a pair of blades (26) mounted on a roller (21) and at least a pair of blades (27) fixedly mounted and positioned to interfere with the blades (26, 27) carried by the roller, said pairs of blades being mounted and structured so as to achieve during the cutting and partial contact between a rigid blade and a yielding blade. Preferably, the fixed blades are flexible and converging upwards whereas the rotating blades are rigid and horizontal. The case of the device also includes catches (9) suitable to engage corresponding resilient latching means (37) formed on the mechanism (M) whereby the latter can be easily removed from the device.
L'invention porte sur un distributeur de serviettes en papier découpées dans une bande continue, comportant une alimentation à commande manuelle et un mécanisme (M) de coupe muni d'au moins une paire de lames (26) montées sur un rouleau (21), et d'au moins une paire de lames (27) fixes disposées de manière à coopérer avec celles du rouleau, lesdites paires de lames (26, 27) étant montées et conçues pour assurer pendant la coupe un contact partiel entre une lame rigide et une lame souple. De préférence les lames fixes sont souples et tournées vers le haut, tandis que les lames tournantes sont rigides et horizontales. Le boîtier du dispositif comporte également des ergots (9) s'engageant dans des attaches (37) correspondantes du mécanisme (M) pour permettre de le démonter facilement.
