Process comprising the following steps: (a) preparation of liposomes (bilayers) by extrusion from lipids, such as dimirisoilphosphatidylcholine; (b) preparation of the polymers (-)PTOBEE (C26H20O8)n and PTOBDME (C34H36O8)n, both being liquid crystals of the cholesteric type; (c) addition of the polymers to the suspension of liposomes. These systems have biomedical and pharmacologic applications such as "stealth liposomes" or "ghost liposomes", for the encapsulation of drugs with, as a result, an extension of their average life in the blood flow.

Procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes: a) préparation des liposomes (à deux couches) par extrusion à partir de lipides, tels que le dimirisoilphosphatidylcholine; b) préparation des polymères (-)PTOBEE (C¿26?H¿20?O¿8?)¿n? et PTOBDME (C¿34?H¿36?O¿8?)¿n?, les deux cristaux liquides de nature cholestérique; c) addition des polymères à la suspension des liposomes. Ces systèmes sont appliqués dans le domaine biomédical et pharmaceutique sous forme de "stealth liposomes" ou "liposomes fantômes" pour l'encapsulation des médicaments, ce qui donne lieu à une prolongation de leur vie moyenne dans le flux sanguin.
