The invention concerns an apparatus for setting and removing endoprostheses through a biological duct (artery) guided by a thread guide (1). The apparatus comprises a sheath (2) inserted along the thread guide (1) in the duct to the site of the intervention, whereof the distal end is provided with an instrument and the proximal end with a control handle. The instrument comprises two jaws (8, 9) pivoting, at their rear end, about a recessed articulation (7) and opening, driven by the rod (5) on a limit stop (4) integral with the sheath (2) distal end, between the two jaws (8, 9) resting against it (4). The jaws (8, 9) are traversed by a passage connecting their front part outside the sheath (2) and their rear part to the inside the sheath (2).

Appareil de pose et de récupération d'endoprothèses à travers un conduit biologique (artère) en étant guidé par un guide filaire (1). L'appareil comprend une gaine (2) introduite le long du guide filaire (1) dans la conduite jusqu'au site de l'intervention, dont l'extrémité distale est équipée d'un outil et l'extrémité proximale d'une poignée de commande.
