A novel process for efficiently and easily producing a compound represented by the formula: Image wherein ring A is a benzene ring that may be optionally further substituted in addition to the group represented by W, or a salt thereof; which comprises reacting a compound represented by the formula: Image wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different and each is a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group, Y is a halogen atom, ring A is a benzene ring that may be optionally further substituted in addition to the group represented by Y and ring B is an optionally substituted benzene ring, or a salt thereof, with a compound represented by the formula: WH wherein W is Image or Image wherein ring C is an optionally substituted benzene ring, ring D is an optionally substituted 5- to 7-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring, R3 is a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic hydrocarbon group containing an aromatic group or an acyl group, and R4 is a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group or an acyl group, or a salt thereof and thereafter, if necessary, deprotecting the resultant product, which is suitable for industrial production.

L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé destiné à produire de manière efficace et aisée un composé représenté par la formule (IV) (dans laquelle un noyau A représente un noyau benzénique portant éventuellement un substituant outre W; R?1¿ et R?2¿ sont identiques ou différents et chacun représente un hydrogène, un groupe d'hydrocarbure éventuellement substitué, un groupe hétérocyclique éventuellement substitué, etc.; et un noyau B représente un noyau benzénique éventuellement substitué) ou un de ses sels. Ce procédé consiste à faire réagir soit un composé représenté par la formule (I) ( dans laquelle Y représente un halogéno; et un noyau A représente un noyau benzénique portant éventuellement un substituant outre Y) ou un de ses sels avec soit un composé représenté par la formule WH [dans laquelle W représente (II) ou (III) (dans laquelle un noyau C représente un noyau benzénique éventuellement substitué; un noyau D représente un hétérocycle azoté comprenant entre 5 et 7 éléments éventuellement substitués; R?3¿ représente un hydrogène, un groupe d'hydrocarbure aliphatique contenant un groupe aromatique, ou un acyle; et R?4¿ représente un hydrogène, un groupe d'hydrocarbure éventuellement substitué, un acyle, etc.)] ou un de ses sels. Ce procédé consiste également à éventuellement soumettre le produit de réaction à une réaction destinée à éliminer le groupe protecteur. Ce procédé convient à la production industrielle.
