A medical implant (10) is provided that includes a bone plate (12) having an aperture (14, 114) therethrough. The aperture (14, 114) receives a portion of the bone anchor (20, 120). A retention mechanism (30) is coupled to the bone plate (12). The retention mechanism (30) includes a retainer (16, 116) and a biasing member (18). The biasing member (18) is operatively engaged with at least the retainer (16, 116). The insertion of the bone anchor (20, 120) in the aperture (14, 114) causes the retainer (16, 116) to move to a first position and elastically deform the biasing member (18). The biasing member (18) causes the retainer (16, 116) to move to the second position to retain the bone anchor (20, 120) in the bone plate (12).

L'invention porte sur un implant médical (10) comportant: une plaque osseuse (12) présentant une ouverture (14, 114) recevant une partie d'une ancre osseuse (20, 120); un mécanisme de fixation (30), relié à la plaque osseuse (12), et contenant une fixation (16, 116) et un élément de rappel (18) en contact avec au moins la fixation (16, 116).
