27 ABSTRACT "TETRAHYDRONAPHTHALENE DERIVATIVES, THEIR PREPARATION AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING THEM" The invention provides compounds which are tetrahydronaphthalene derivatives of the formula (I) Image (I) wherein R1 represents a halogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, an unbranched (C1-C6) alkoxy group, a (C1-C6 cycloalkyl) (C1-C2 alkoxy) group or an aryl(C1-C2 alkoxy) group, R2 represents a (C1-C4) alkyl group, an aryl group optionally substituted with at least one methoxy group, a pyridyl group or a benzodioxanyl group, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C2) alkyl group, and n = 0 to 3, or are addition salts with pharmaceutically acceptable acids. The compounds of the invention have anti-ischaemic activity.
