L'objet de l' invention est un procédé de réalisation d'un châssis pour une construction susceptible de flotter caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à : - former des moyens (12) de flottaison dont la partie supérieure comprend un réseau de gorges susceptibles de former des coffrages pour des poutres (14) en béton ainsi que des puits, traversant lesdits moyens (12) de flottaison, susceptibles de former des coffrages pour des colonnes (16) de béton, - de manière avantageuse, disposer des ferraillages dans les coffrages et ajouter en périphérie un coffrage pour former une ceinture, et - couler le béton.
