An adhesive resin composition which undergoes no decrease in bonding strength even in contact with, e.g., hot water; and a laminate which has excellent gas- barrier properties and is capable of retorting. The adhesive resin composition comprises a partly or wholly grafted .alpha.-olefin/aromatic vinyl random copolymer in which the amount of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or derivative thereof grafted is 0.01 to 30 % by weight. The laminate is constituted of: (I) a polyester resin layer or polycarbonate resin layer; (II) an adhesive layer made of the resin composition; and (III) a layer of a saponified olefin/vinyl acetate copolymer.
L'invention concerne une composition de résine adhésive ne subissant aucune diminution de sa résistance d'adhésion même en contact avec, par exemple, de l'eau chaude, ainsi qu'un stratifié présentant d'excellentes propriétés faisant barrière au gaz et capable de se replier. La composition de résine adhésive comprend un copolymère statistique .alpha.-oléfinique/aromatique vinylique partiellement ou entièrement greffé dans lequel la quantité d'un acide carboxilique insaturé ou d'un dérivé de celui-ci greffé se situe entre 0,01 et 30 % en poids. Le stratifié se compose de: (I) une couche de résine polyester ou une couche de résine polycarbonate; (II) une couche adhésive constituée de la composition de résine; et (III) une couche d'un copolymère d'oléfine/acétate vinylique saponifié.
