Process for the allocation of radio resources by preemption on intercell handover in a cellular radiocommunication system with mobiles from one cell designated controlled server cell by an entity of the said system designated server entity (BSCs), to a cell designated target cell selected from among a set of cells designated candidate cells and controlled by an entity of the said system designated target entity (BSCc), the said server and target entities themselves being controlled by another entity of the said system designated higher level entity (MSC), distinguished in that the server entity addresses to the higher level entity (HO REQ-P1), after confirming that no radio resources are available in at least one of the candidate cells, and in that the higher level entity subsequently addresses to the target entity a confirmation (HQ REQ'-P2) that the said request to execute the preempt process.

Procédé pour l'allocation de ressource radio par préemption lors d'un transfert intercellulaire dans un système cellulaire de radiocommunication avec des mobiles, d'une cellule dite cellule serveuse contrôlée par une entité de ce système dite entité serveuse (BSCs), vers une cellule dite cellule cible choisie parmi un ensemble de cellules dites cellules candidates et contrôlée paru une entité de ce système dite entité cible (BSCc), ces deux entités serveuse et cible étant elles-mêmes contrôlées par une autre entité de ce système, dite entité de niveau supérieur (MSC), caractérisé en ce que l'entité serveuse adresse à l'entité de niveau supérieur (HO REQ-P1), après s'être assurée qu'aucune ressource radio n'est disponible dans au moins une des cellules candidates, et en ce que l'entité de niveau supérieur adresse ensuite à l'entité cible une confirmation (HQ REQ'-P2) de cette demande de mise en oeuvre de procédure de préemption.
