A weapon system comprising a firearm (2, 83) having a barrel through which a projectile may be propelled and further comprising non-lethal means (3, 60) for selectively ejecting a stream of fluid (5), such as an incapacitant, in a direction substantially parallel to the axis of the barrel and aligned with the sights of the firearm (2). The system removably houses a fluid containing pressurised canister (19, 74), the outlet (21, 75) of the canister (19, 74) cooperating with an interchangeable or adjustable nozzle (4, 24, 71) for the release of said fluid from said canister (19, 74) under control of a nozzle trigger mechanism (6, 28, 62-65). The pressurised canister (19, 74), nozzle (4, 25, 71) and nozzle trigger mechanism (6, 28, 62-65) may be removably mounted on said firearm (2, 83).
La présente invention concerne un système d'arme constitué d'une arme à feu (2, 83) équipée, d'une part d'un canon par lequel il est possible de propulser un projectile, et d'autre part d'un organe non létal (3, 60) permettant de projeter de façon sélective un jet de fluide (5) tel qu'un agent incapacitant, dans un sens sensiblement parallèle à l'axe du canon, et dans la ligne de visée de l'arme à feu (2). Le système accueille de façon démontable un réservoir pressurisé (19, 74) contenant un fluide, l'orifice de sortie (21, 75) du réservoir (19, 74) coopérant avec un gicleur interchangeable ou réglable (4, 24, 71) permettant de faire sortir le fluide considéré du réservoir (19, 74) sous la commande du mécanisme de déclenchement du gicleur (6, 28, 62-65). Le réservoir pressurisé (19, 74), le gicleur (4, 24, 71) et le mécanisme de déclenchement du gicleur (6, 28, 62-65) peuvent être montés de façon non permanente sur l'arme à feu considérée (2, 83).
