A lancing device (10) where electrical stimulation is applied to a skin sampling site prior to making an incision to achieve at least one of pain masking and bodily fluid engorgement at the site. The electrical stimulation is supplied by a low current high voltage AC signal generator (40) in sufficient quantities to produce vasodialation and/or pain masking.
L'invention concerne un dispositif à lancette (10) qui permet d'appliquer une stimulation électrique sur la peau au niveau du site de prélèvement avant l'incision, de manière à masquer la douleur et/ou à entraîner l'engorgement de liquide corporel sur le site de prélèvement. Un générateur de signaux c.a. haute tension à faible intensité (40) assure un degré suffisant de stimulation électrique pour obtenir une vasodilatation et/ou un masquage de la douleur.
