A refrigerating device and a refrigerating method capable of preventing or suppressing the lowering of quality of food and a refrigerated object manufactured by using the refrigerating device and the refrigerating method, the refrigerating device (10) comprising a refrigerating device body (101), a cluster fragmenting device (1A) for fragmenting the cluster of water containing in the refrigerated objects (5), a placing part (7) for placing the refrigerated objects (5) thereon, a heat exchanger (8), and a low temperature gas supply means, the low temperature gas supply means further comprising a dehumidifying device (11) for dehumidifying low temperature gas heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger (8) and a fan (9) for circulating the dehumidified low temperature gas to keep dry the inside of the refrigerating device body (101), the cluster fragmenting device (1A) further comprising a plurality of magnetic field generating devices (2) providing magnetic field to the refrigerated objects (5) including water and varying the intensity of the magnetic field with the elapse of time.
L'invention concerne un dispositif frigorifique et un procédé de surgélation permettant d'empêcher ou de supprimer les pertes qualitatives des aliments et d'un objet surgelé produit au moyen de ce dispositif frigorifique, et de ce procédé de réfrigération. Le dispositif frigorifique (10) comprend un corps (101), un dispositif (1A) de fragmentation d'agglomérats qui permet de fragmenter les agglomérats d'eau contenus dans les objets surgelés (5), un élément (7) de positionnement permettant de placer les objets surgelés (5) sur le dispositif de fragmentation, un échangeur (8) de chaleur, et des moyens d'alimentation en gaz basse température comprenant en outre un dispositif (11) de déshumidification permettant de déshumidifier la gaz basse température assurant l'échange de chaleur dans l'échangeur (8) de chaleur et un ventilateur (9) servant à faire circuler le gaz basse température déshumidifié qui permet de maintenir l'intérieur du corps (101) du dispositif frigorifique sec. Le dispositif (1A) de fragmentation d'agglomérats comprend en outre une pluralité de dispositifs (2) générateurs de champ magnétique qui appliquent un champ magnétique sur les objets surgelés (5), y compris sur l'eau, en variant l'intensité du champ magnétique à mesure que le temps passe.
